The Air Conditioning Systems and Services business of Ingersoll Rand

We are in need of a Project Manager - New Equipment to join our
Harrisburg, PA location. In the role of Project Manager - New
Equipment, you will be responsible for all aspects of
equipment ordering and project completion while adhering to assigned
budgets by:
Planning and analyzing assigned projects, establishing schedules and
project parameters and setting procedures to accomplish objectives
involving complex equipment applications.
Communicating with customers including building owners, mechanical
contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.
Comparing and coordinating ship dates with contractors' project
schedule. Ensuring compliance with internal equipment ordering
processes.
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at
completion.
Controlling expenses by monitoring assigned budget.
Min. Yrs. Experience: 2 years
Education Standard:Associate Degree
Education Type:Business, Project Mgmt, HVAC related
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in business or equivalent with a
minimum of two years of project management or HVAC related experience,
or a minimum of six years of project management or HVAC related
experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
