Duties:
- Provides technical advice or service on product application to both
internal and external customers to support sales growth
- Instructs customers, serice and others on the operation or proper use
of
product.
- Warranty analysis, tracking, root cause of failure and consession
approval
- Provide engineering and manufacturing with results from
troubleshooting
and warranty
- Recommends modifications for product or service improvement based on
field support information
- Develops and conducts technical and sales training related to product
- Develops and compiles training manuals, training aids, and visual
aids
- Maintains records of training activities and monitors progress
- Performs technical analysis of competitive products. (reverse
engineering)
- Travel as required to support this position
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree preferred (or equivalent with proven experience)
preferable with related experience in HVAC with a focus on motor and
VFD
applicaion
- Strong technical aptitude ( mechanical and electrical)
- Energetic, self motivated individual with the ability to handle
numerous
calls
- Highly effective team player able to develop and sustain
extraordinary
level of committment and ownership
- Possesses strong communcation skills (written and verbal)
- Possesses strong customer service skills
- Stromg computer sklls
- Strong math and reasoning skills
