HVAC Technician
Performs routine HVAC service/maintenance work on following systems: heating and cooling hydraulics, VAV and multi-zone systems, pneumatic systems, light electrical, miscellaneous plumbing, fire alarm and panels and systems, and door hardware.
- Ten years experience in HVAC (commercial or institutional) and/or construction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Refrigerant license
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit, in good health, capable of working safely including all shifts and overtime
- Must be self motivated and willing to work alone or in a group
