HVAC Project Manager | San Diego, CA
San Diego based privately owned MECHANICAL Sub - Contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC PROJECT MANAGER who has both dry and wet side HVAC experience. Person should be able to work independently and handle all project responsibilities from doing the buyout, processing submittals, processing RFI, billings, managing labor, and doing close outs. Project is located in the Santa Monica, California area and is commercial in nature.
Candidate must have 5-10 years experience managing projects in the 5 Million range. A focus on commercial project such as hospitals, schools, universities, retail box stores, condominiums, restaurants, government facilities and office buildings is preferred. Computer experience is needed.
