Construction Coordinator | HVAC subcontractor | San Diego, CA
San Diego HVAC subcontractor is seeking to hire a Construction Coordinator. This position is responsible for reviewing contracts, issuing, lower tier sub contracts, and compliance with State Insurance regulations. Knowledge of OCIP and or CCIP insurance is a plus. The ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and reports is a must.
Candidate will have at least four years of working experience in the commercial and or residential Construction industry.
Sage Software and paperless software a plus.
