Responsibilities:
- Work on OPM (One Piece Manifold) tooling development.
- Work on OPM tube slot configuration Tooling.
- Develop tools & equipment for a mandrilled OPM.
- Work on developing an OPM outside separator insertion process.
- Support OPM production issues.
- Work on primary part tool & die development.
- Develop a Pre-Fluxed Separator process.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with tools and die design/build required
- Red ‘X’ or 6 Sigma problem solving skills required.
- Ability to develop and execute a process/tooling plan required.
- High level interpersonal skills required.
- Good oral and written skills required.
- Experience with AUTOCAD/Solid works/Solid Edge required.
- Willingness to travel overseas required.
- Four year Technical degree required.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Heat Exchanger Manufacturing preferred.
Educational Requirements:
- 4 Yr Technical Degree - BS Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
