- Incoming inspection
- Process Controls
- Line Side Reviews
- Lot Control
- Reaction Plans
- Containment Procedures
- Lot Acceptance Testing
- Performance testing
- Standard tests
- Standard work
- Globally Coordinate Quality Systems Common
- Document Lessons Learned/Look Across Process (Common & Global)
- Coordinate Measurement Machines Common
- Ensure Warranty Analysis Common
- Recognize Customer to Customer Warranty Systems & expectations
- Customer Specific Quality Requirements and Practices are adhered to
- Global Coordination of Emerging Issues
Requirements:
- Experience in investigating complex quality problems and applying
sound technical judgment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated high proficiency in oral and written communication
- High level of interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate others
- High level of analytical ability including experience utilizing statistical engineering
- Willing to travel 20-30%
Preferred:
- 5-10 year’s experience in manufacturing, quality or engineering
- Experience with Quality System development or implementation
- HVAC product experience
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
